The Lehua phase of the Hoopili development will actually be the project’s 2nd go, under this phase name. Don’t let the names fool you though; these will more or less be the same Single Family Home types you were used to with the Haakea, Aulu, & Iliahi home types, although we should see some updates to traditional exterior and interior stylings. Plan for 3-4 bedroom floor plans across 6 different layouts including single and split level options with 2-car garages.
