KOHINA AT HO’OPILI | New Townhomes in Ewa Beach
Coined the “Gateway to Ho’opili,” Kohina at Ho’opili is the first phase of new homes announced for 2019 and will bring 7 different building types to the Ho’opili development. These new homes in Kapolei & Ewa Beach will most likely be the most convenient in the project, with 3 entry points and the closest proximity to UH West Oahu & H-1 freeway, walking distance from the Ho'opili Rail Station. These Hoopili homes will be one of two townhome phases in the project and will features lanais and some “loft style” living arrangements that you won’t see that the Ilima phase, which features townhomes with private yards. Unit sizes will range from 1-bedrooms at 694sq to 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom units of 1286sq and FLEX Homes up to 1750sq.
The South Residences at Kohina: Earlier in 2020, Kohina released the FIRST phase of the Hoopili condos named “The North Residences at Kohina" with the 2nd installment aptly named “The South Residences” gearing up for release in 2021. These Hoopili condos will offer one-level units in a four-story building with an elevator. We’ll see 1-3 bedroom floor plans with lanais, with top floor units featuring a 1-car garage on the backside of the unit. The street level “face” of the building will feature commercial spaces that will also be offered for sale, and may bring opportunity for cafe’s, coffee shops, or juice bars to the neighborhood!

FLEX Homes will be available at Kohina Hoopili and are a rare building type that provides a commercial space on the bottom level, with living quarters above. Run your small business from home! We’ve seen this offered in Mehana in Kapolei, a previous D.R. Horton Hawaii project.
