Kaikoi at Hoopili will offer brand new hawaii homes for sale in Ewa Beach, Hawaii including highly anticipated awaited Reserved Housing Options (similar to affordable housing). We'll see Kaikoi Hoopili pickup where Hinahina left off, seeing an intense demand for each of the 10-15 home lottery releases. New amenities are being floated for this phase as well, including but not limited to a recreation room, BBQ stations, and rideshare area.

Kaikoi Reserved Housing (affordable housing rules) units are a great opportunity for those looking to secure homeownership at below market prices. Eligibility and Income Restrictions will apply and you may read up on some of the typical Honolulu Affordable Housing FAQ’s to understand if you may be eligible. Rest assured, we’re well equipped to guide you through process as we’ve helped guide dozens of Affordable Housing purchasers towards homeownership within the last few years. The most key component to Reserved Housing Eligibility is that buyers must make less than 120% of the Area Median Income per your household size. Please refer to the chart below for help determining your income eligibility.
Kaikoi Floor Plans
Prospective buyers should plan for living areas between 414 - 986 square feet, 1-2 parking options, and multiple floor plans to choose from. While official floor plans haven’t been released, I think it’s safe to say we’ll see a unit mix of studios, 1-, 2-, and possible 3 bedroom units here. It’s doubtful that Hoopili FLEX Homes will make the cut for the Kaikoi phase though. Every Kaikoi home will feature 2 parking stalls, although tandem. No Garage options at the moment.
