Kaikea at Ho’opili | Overview
Announcing the newest DR Horton Hawaii phase of new Oahu homes for sale; Kaikea at Hoopili! This community offers some of the largest townhomes for sale in Ewa Beach with interiors up to 2,030 square feet that span over 16 different floor plans. The floor plans suggest a unit mix of 1-4 bedrooms with some single-level 1-2 bedroom units and 3-4 bedroom split-level units with lanais. All of the usual suspects still apply for interior finishings, including but not limited to: Split AC, smart home features, luxury vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, soft close drawers and cabinetry, and more! While new is always a good thing, the Kaikea at Hoopili homes for sale won’t be all too unfamiliar as we will more or less see the same style of homes we saw at previous Kohina and Akoko phases; with slight updates. Exteriors will see a subtle face lift featuring more modernized stylings, as well as a different color palette.

The project is currently still utilizing the original Kohina model home for tours. Just keep in mind that it resembles only 1 home type.
